New DC Universe Online video, DLC 4 - The Last Laugh

It's not much, grabbed pictures fro mtheir website and went over what was already said. Will I get some face time with the DLC beforehand? Probably not, but I can always wish. Maybe they will use the Public Test Server...nahh, probably not.
